The latest brainchild from John Reese has just launched, called BlogRush. OK John, I’ll bite. There it is on my sidebar. I can use all the help I can get with my blogging.

The best way I can describe this is that it’s sort of a traffic exchange for bloggers. The more pageloads the better. You then get more loads (in the BlogRush box) on other blogs in your same category. There’s a quick and very explanatory video on the BlogRush site showing how it works. Oh, and it’s free. That’s what has me puzzled. How can John make any money with this thing?

It’s brand new, and in beta so we need to cut John a lot of slack. I’m hoping that as it evolves, it will be customizable to better match the blog template. It’s not particularly beautiful at the moment. Not sure how well this thing will work, so why not be a pioneer and get in early and try it out for free.
